- At least One-Hundred (100) attendees (spouses on the same registration count as one (1) attendee) must put a $50.00 deposit down on the potential SOS training.
- Once One-Hundred (100) attendees have invested their $50.00 deposit towards a specific city location, determined by GAC, then GAC will set a date, based upon the current GAC schedule, for the potential seminar to occur approximately 4-6 weeks from the date the 100th deposit is taken.
- To confirm the tentative date of the upcoming SOS training, at least Fifty (50) attendees must be paid in full within 14 days of setting the seminar date.
- If Fifty (50) Attendees are NOT paid in full within 14 days of setting the tentative date, the date will be cancelled, and all deposits held by GAC will become credits to attend any future "Secrets Of Success" training program.
- Married couples (subject to verification) count as one (1) individual attendee.
- I understand and agree that I am registering for a future "Secrets of Success" training program which a date has yet to be determined.
- I understand and agree that if and when a date is set for this event it will be at the sole discretion of Gregg Amerman Companies. There is no preset date or time frame as to when this training will take place.
- I understand and agree that even though there is no specific determined date for this event, there are absolutely no refunds. However, I may transfer my registration tuition to another already scheduled "Secrets of Success" training program.
- I understand that the specific seminar that I am putting this deposit towards may not ever happen. However, I may transfer my registration tuition to another already scheduled "Secrets of Success" training program.
- All other GAC policies, procedures, terms and conditions still apply and remain in full effect.

If you are unable to attend the program you registered for a credit will be issued to you for a future GAC training program of your choice. (Some special events, merchandise and company discounts will not allow transfers). All credits will be transferable for a period of one year from the original payment or deposit.
There are no recording devices permitted and any republication, photocopying, distribution, or unauthorized use of this material and information is strictly prohibited. I understand that as a participant in the seminar, I may be photographed and/or videotaped/audio taped. I hereby authorize GAC and any of their affiliate companies to use my personage, voice, and likeness in any future promotional materials to be produced by any such companies, without compensation therefore, and without territorial, time or use limitations. I agree to hold GAC, its affiliates, agents, or representatives harmless for any and all personal or property damages of any kind. Seminar attendee must attend the entire SOS and if
attendee is not fully satisfied, he/she can turn in his/her materials (handouts / personal written notes) at the end of the SOS to an authorized GAC corporate representative for a full refund.
The attendee must request the refund prior to leaving the SOS.
